Nick reminds her that they don’t know it’s Martin. He believes Alan could’ve snapped somewhere along the way. The only thing they do know is that Traci isn’t convinced the man she loves is innocent.

Sharon recalls how disorienting it was being trapped in the clinic. She can’t imagine why they were chosen because it seemed so personal.

Nick knows it does them no good to speculate.

Alan is curious if Traci is hiding something in her pocket.

Traci struggles to explain how the conversation has spiraled out of control, and she finds the situation overwhelming.

Alan immediately notices her fear when he arrives. He realizes the damage is done and regrets coming back. Traci’s heart is breaking, and she insists that their conversation is only making things worse. She urges him to leave before they say or do something they can’t take back.

Alan attempts to use jet lag as an excuse, but deep down, he knows something has changed between them.

There’s a knock on the door.

Alan soon realizes that Traci must have signaled Jack for help.

Traci firmly tells Alan she doesn’t need saving. She opens the door to find her siblings standing there. Her face lights up with joy as she sees her sister.

Ashley offers her congratulations.

Alan, however, suggests it might be a bit premature now.

Sharon’s House

Chance knocks at the door. He tells Sharon he has news that couldn’t wait.

Chance tells them that there was a video camera set up at the farmhouse that was linked to the room they were in.

Sharon always thought the voice was from somewhere inside the building.

Chance says he also found their phones. He informs them that DNA and fingerprints are next on the list.

Chance gets a text informing him that Alan is back in town. He rushes out.

Sharon is frustrated by all of this.

They know they are getting closer to the answers they need.

GCAC Suite

Jack apologizes for moving the wedding from Paris to their house.

Alan responds, saying it’s more about the venue and suggests that Traci share her thoughts with them.

Traci expresses her feelings about possibly extending the engagement.

Jack doesn’t see any issue with that. Ashley reminds Alan of what he once told her, “There’s a charm in delaying gratification.”

Alan is puzzled about what changed her mind and wonders if someone influenced her decision.

Traci is hurt, not understanding why he’s jumping to such negative conclusions.

Alan steps away to clear his head.

Traci kisses him, reassuring him that everything will be okay. Just then, the siblings rush to her side as she begins to cry.

Traci tries to convince herself that Alan is just upset.

Ashley, though sympathetic, points out that Alan isn’t the problem—it’s been Martin all along.

Traci is left heartbroken and crushed by the revelation.

Crimson Lights

Phyllis thinks it’s all been too overwhelming. Chance is a cop, surrounded by an endless stream of crimes and investigations, and she’s not thrilled with how he handled Daniel’s case. However, she understands the difficult position he was put in.

Summer comes to the realization that she and Chance never really had a chance to pause and reset. After her mother’s kidnapper was caught, she had hoped to try again with Chance. Phyllis is curious about what’s holding Summer back.

Summer confesses that Chance believes she isn’t fully over Kyle. Phyllis is shocked that Chance could think such a thing.

Summer admits she feels irritated by how much Claire is always around.

Phyllis reassures her that these are just natural feelings any woman would have.

Summer hopes that’s all it is. She can’t ask Chance to stick around while she figures out her emotions. She admits it’s her fault for letting things get so complicated.

Phyllis, concerned, wonders if her daughter is thinking about making a move on Kyle!

Sharon’s House

Sharon has reached her breaking point. The past few months have dragged on endlessly, and she’s drained—physically and emotionally. This has to be the end because she can’t endure any more.

Nick, however, still sees the spark of determination in Sharon.

Sharon understands she has no other option but to keep fighting.

GCAC Suite

Traci breaks down, devastated by the realization that she’s fallen for an imposter.

Ashley instantly recognizes Martin’s voice over the phone, but when she sees him in person, she understands the extent of his manipulation.

Traci is torn—if Ashley’s right, it means everything she believed for months was a lie.

Jack calls Chance to let him know that Alan has left. Traci knows if she voices her suspicions to Alan, he’ll be crushed—especially if she’s wrong. But if it’s really Martin, he could be dangerous. So, she devises a test.

Jack soon figures out that Traci tested Alan to see if he would honor her decision to take things slowly.

Traci admits he failed. There was no empathy, no understanding—just coldness.

Jack is relieved Ashley was there to support her.

Ashley, ever the realist, reminds Traci that Martin is a dangerous psychopath. She insists there was no way for Traci to have known the truth earlier.

Traci wonders aloud if the mask has finally slipped or if they’re simply seeing a man who’s deeply hurt and confused.

Jack reassures Traci that her instincts were right all along.

Ashley is frustrated, wishing that Traci and the real Alan could have found love, but she’s certain now—this is Martin.

Unable to bear it any longer, Traci rushes out the door, with her siblings close behind her.

GCAC Dining Room

Chance scans the dining room while Jack informs him that Ashley believes Alan might actually be Martin.

Alan walks up to the bar, and Chance notices him.

The two men shake hands and exchange pleasantries.

Chance then asks Alan if he could answer a few questions. He mentions the farmhouse and offers to show him the banking records.

Alan questions why the Paris clinic would need such information, clearly uncomfortable with the line of questioning.

Just then, Traci bursts in, demanding that Alan reveal his true identity.

Alan glances at Ashley and Jack before letting out a heavy sigh.
